This subject must have been done here , but I can't find a thread...

Anyway, in all my collection I have my share of bad movie, being a fan of b-type horror and scifi film. But the absolute worst for me is a movie called "Giant Spider Invasion". Word cannot express how bad this movie is. Maybe a picture would do it, but since this site is family oriented I'll abstain. Every garden need it's weed to make the beauty of the rose shine even more. Let me tell you then that the rest of my collection must shine like the sun.

My worst is probably Daredevil.  No one in my family enjoyed that.  I enjoyed the Evanescence music video in the bonus features way more than the movie.

My worst movie is definitely Future War (the 1997 version directed by Anthony Doublin). It's just bad on so many levels.

Also, it doesn't show up in my online collection... perhaps because of its NC-17 rating??

I think the worst thing in my collection would have to be a Troma movie called Blood Sucking Freaks.

Atleast I can say I got it... and several other Troma movies... way back when Troma first started putting their movies on DVD and had a huge sale on their site only... for 25cents each... so it was no big lost trying out several of their movies... that sale was the last Troma movie I bought too!

That's tough, I have quite a few bad movies...which I own for one reason or another. Asylum of Terror has some really bad audio problems (not the DVD's fault) and terrible acting.

I have not watched them yet, but I have a feeling it's going to be a close contest between Supernova and Blair Witch 2.

Every other movie I own, I like for one reason or another, even Daredevil!

I've Been Watching You.

Poor video/audio, wooden acting and lame script.

Clockstoppers comes a close second, but is saved from the top spot by a better plot/idea.

Girls Just Want To Have Fun - really lame 80's flick with a before-they-were-famous Sarah Jessica Parker, Helen Hunt and Shannen Doherty.
Girl goes to convent school; has strict army father, wants to be on 'Dance-TV'; the 'hippest' show on TV. Audtions. Hi-jinks ensue.

Terrible acting, REALLY bad dancing.

Still, as a lover of Fame the series, how could I NOT like this film?  Doesn't change the fact that it's crap though!!

Last House on the Left. Absolutely horrendous. Stupid story, poor acting & above all, sadistic, gratuitous, disturbing violence.

I'm usually against censorship. We're adults & can make our own decisions, but I truly believe of all the films that were banned, this should have stayed banned. I keep it to remind myself of that argument. Most filmmakers have a degree of skill & a point they're trying to make with even the most brutal of scenes, but I can't find it in this.

I have only one Trauma movie... One of their later one... As a matter of fact you could call it a satire of their own movie catalog. I can't remember the title as of now since I'm at work and I haven't inserted it into my collection.  I especialy like when the guy pick up a weedeater as a weapon to chase the killer... And it's original use of duck tape...

Fortress is pretty ghastly (though you can say that about just about anything starring Christopher Lambert).

The autopsy film on By Brakhage (Criterion) is pretty stomach-turning too; the whole package is pretty worthless and self-indulgent film-school crap.

well.......i think i might have taken the cake on this one, there are a lot of bad movies listed here, but i am the proud owner of

drum roll please

Deathstalker IV

the scary thing is I once had a movie worse than this, The World According to P. K. Dick.  I am a huge dick fan (no snickering) so i thought it would be cool, but it was soooo bad and convoluted and just overall horrendous that I took it and traded it in immediately.
