I've been spending a lot of time sorting through the reports section looking for a detail-rich whole page report ever since finding out that I could print for free at a student center. Anyway, the "Ultimate Report" had the most promising layout for the fields I wanted to include. I spent an afternoon tinkering with it, and eventually ended up moving around and updating most of the fields over the past week. There are separate sections for film summary, production team, extra features, subtitles, audio, video, and purchase information. I'd like to spend a little bit more time on it before doing my mass print-out, so any suggestions are welcome. I submitted it to IVS, and it is listed as of March 15th, 2006.

You can download it from IVS HERE (171 kb).

Check out the preview image below. (Yes, I know I overpaid for Gladiator)

I don't think I know what "b.b.b." means. Does anyone have any suggestions for report improvements?
