All languages are in the master translation file.
I use the German language file from Michael_ZZ and all languages are translated.

I downloaded the file from the site and many languages are not there for translation (turkish, etc.).

Where should I download the right master file?

I've downloaded the "Master translation source for version 2.4.0  (Build 868 )" and have the "Edit Translations" screen right in front of me.
First of all, you have three different ways to sort the strings: by key, by English and by Translation. Well the Translation column is quite empty so let's sort it by English.

All you have to do is to scroll down to the language you are looking for. All strings are sorted alphabetically (with the exception of the menu entries with an access-key - languages don't have such an access-key)
Turkish for example can be found at line 2085, Trivia (another subtitle) is just one line above and Bulgarian is at line 509
