REPORT MISSING THUMBNAILS (Locked)

I am running a standard report which generates 16 DVD's per page with thumbnail images.  Quite often the image is missing.  I've tried deleting the dvd (and images) and re-adding, I've tried getting a differnt image all together... nothing seems to work.  PLEASE HELP -- how do I repair missing thumbnail images in a report?? -- THANKS in Advance.
