Hello All,

I have been trying to add the new movies i have purchased. Everytime that i download the new IVS list it seems that it has not been updated in some weeks.  For example, movies like Pan's Labyrinth are not in the database.
I am running DVD profiler 2.4.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for the info.  I want to know if the support will continue or do i have to shell out some dough for the new version?

new version is a free upgrade for existing paid members... see the tech support forum of the new site for instructions on how to convert your IVS key to your Invelos key. then proceed to enjoy.

This is the official word from Ken Cole in another thread:

As an update to the prior announcement:

Now that the database merge from InterVocative is being performed, contributions from version 2.5 and earlier are no longer being accepted.

Support for 2.4/2.5 (other than contributions) will continue for the near term.

There is nothing to stop you using 2.4 locally and from reading the above you will still be able to upload to your online collection for the near term. But if you want to be able to download new profiles that don't already exist in this datbase you will need to switch to three.

The functionality is reduced a lot more in version 3 if you don't buy a premium key though.
