I have been a DVD Profiler user for quite some time and am impressed with the recent upgrade.  I have been trying to purchase a registration code at invelos.com and have been asked to set up a new account there.  I have done that and received my "activation link" email.  When I click on the link, or copy and paste the activation URL I only get the message:

This account activation link is invalid or has expired.

And I get no further.  (I have tried unsuccessfully several times).  I want to give my $30 and enjoy this wonderful product!!  Please help!

Go to the invelos site and find a post from Ken Cole, (look at the top forum topic) and send him a PM. They just moved the servers and that may be part of your problem, but I don't really know.

I'd LOVE to...but I can't send a pm without being signed on.  And I can't get signed on because it directs me to "add a new account", which I can't get activiated because of the aforementioned issue.

So ... I'm just stuck then?

It looks like you are registered though. At least I can find your profile [/a]on the new site and [a href="http://www.invelos.com/DVDCollection.aspx/jenniepicky"]your collection uploaded to the site with more than 50 titles available, so it looks like you have an unlimited account there
