We went to Fry's last night to get Babylon 5: The Movie Collection and left with Disney's new The Three Musketeers (oddly enough it's my wife who wanted this and she hates Disney), 1984 and the kids (2 and 7) were mesmerized by Blue Man Group: The Complex Rock Tour Live and Stomp Out Loud, so my wife wanted those as well.

What makes this trip really stand out is that for the first time I can recall, my wife grabbed more DVDs than I did.  I would have been happy with just the B5 movies.

Back To The Future Trilogy, great movies, and the boxset looks good on the shelf

Most people don't realize that large pieces of coral, which have been painted brown and attached to the skull by common wood screws, can make a child look like a deer.

I went to the local Hollywood Video rental store to see what they had as far as used DVDs. There's a sale where you can buy any 3 used DVDs for $25, so I got:

Elephant
The Hours
In America

These retail (pricing at DDD & dvdplanet) for $45, so I'd say it's a good deal!

That deal has been going on for quite awhile (far back as June if IIRC). Last time I went in there the selection was getting pretty slim.

Hello, new to this board but I've been using profiler for a while now. This thread is excellent, this week I got:

Donnie Brasco (9 bucks at best buy)
Goodfellas 2 disc version (15 bucks at bb)
Ley de Herodes (10 bucks from amazon marketplace)
Macario (10 bucks from am)
Casablanca 2 disc (17 bucks from am)

I don't know if I'm a sucker or a wiseguy for the prices, but still, gotta love those dvd's.

It's been an expensive week for me!! I picked up quite a few for £7-8.00 to fill in some gaps in my collection and I bought the rest of the James Bond films that I didn't already have.

Amelie
Carrie: Special Edition
From Dusk till Dawn
Hollowman: Superbit
Jackie Brown
Jeepers Creepers 2
Pirates of the Caribbean
The Usual Suspects

You Only Live Twice
Live And Let Die
View To A Kill
License To Kill
Living Daylights
Goldeneye
On Her Majestys Secret Service
From Russia With Love
Thunderball
Goldfinger
Tomorrow Never Dies
The Man with the Goden Gun.

I think that's probably enough for one week
