I need to run at 640x480 and DVD Profiler doesn't fit. What can I do? Your screen resolution is 640x480 and DVD Profiler does not run correctly.
Answer: The minimum requirement for the program is 800x600 (although it works better at 1024x768 and above). If this answered your question, please let us know

I'm running at 800x600 or higher, but the windows still don't fit, or they don't look right. What do I do to fix this? DVD Profiler menus and window text is too large and overlaps itself.
Answer: Are you running in "large fonts" mode? Check the Advanced tab under your Display Settings for Windows. DVD Profiler is not compatible with "large fonts" mode. If this answered your question, please let us know

How do I turn off the banner advertisements in DVD Profiler? You purchased a DVD Profiler Premium Registration, but the banner ads are still showing and you want to turn them off.
Answer: Make sure you have updated your DVD Profiler registration with your Premium Key by going to 'Tools', 'Program Registration'. Next, close the Program Registration window and click on 'Tools', 'Options', the 'Display' tab and uncheck the 'Show advertisements' option. Click 'OK' and the banner ads will be removed. Where is Sort Title in version 2.4? I upgraded to 2.4 and my titles don't seem to sort correctly. Where did the Sort Title field go?
Answer: The Release Notes for the current version page has this to say on the subject: Sort titles are now always private. The option setting has been removed. * Sort titles will now always upload to the My Profiler online collections display * Editing of sort titles is now under DVD->Personalize If this answered your question, please let us know
