DVD Profiler's premium registration is a one-time purchase and will be good for every version of DVD Profiler released. As we continue to add new features to DVD Profiler, some will be available with a free registration, but all will be available to premium registrants without additional cost.
Note that we may offer additional premium services that are not directly part of the program, and which have an additional cost.

With apologies to our Mac fans, at this time there is no Macintosh version, and no firm plans to create a Mac version. Although we cannot provide support for this solution, many users successfully run DVD Profiler under Virtual PC on their Mac.
The minimum requirement for the program is 800x600 (although it works better at 1024x768 and above).
Are you running Window Blinds or another desktop enhancement software? If so, configure the software to allow DVD Profiler to use standard Windows controls.
Are you running in "large fonts" mode? Check the Advanced tab under your Display Settings for Windows. DVD Profiler is not compatible with "large fonts" mode.
Select Tools->Reports to access DVD Profiler's Reports feature. DVD Profiler includes a custom report editor so you can print your collection exactly as you prefer.
You can also download additional reports here.
The problem is caused by parental control settings. Note that disabling parental control in DVD Profiler does not affect the online settings!
There are two things to check:
Are you running a popup blocker? The spell checker uses a popup window to display results.
There is generally a way to disable popup blocking temporarily (for instance holding Ctrl while clicking). Check your popup blocking software documentation for details.
Yes, you can run DVD Profiler on more than one computer, as long as only one copy is run at a time. This is true for free registrations and premium registrations.
First, check your parental control options, under Tools->Options->Parental Control. It may be set to classify NR DVDs as 'adult', which may be hiding the DVD in question.
If the DVD still doesn't show, it may not yet be available in our database. DVD Profiler's database is built from user contributions, so you may choose to add the DVD yourself and user the Online->Contribute option to submit your addition for others to share.
To add a DVD that's not in the database, add it by UPC. The program will ask you to verify the UPC and enter the title.
